Appointment Policies
 Please call in advance to ensure an appointment time convenient for you. Patients are seen by appointment only. We work very hard not to keep patients waiting and depend on your punctuality. Please be on time as your cooperation is appreciated by other patients.

Please notify us immediately if you cannot keep an appointment. When possible, we ask that you give us 24 hours notice. This courtesy allows us to give your appointment to another patient.

The office is closed on weekends, major holidays and those times the doctor and staff are away at continuing education programs.
